RESPONSIBILITIES:

A post-sales engineer specializing in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS and Office 365 would typically focus on the following responsibilities:

  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers post-sales, ensuring successful implementation and integration of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365 solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conducting assessments of customer environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Designing and implementing Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365 solutions based on customer needs and best practices.
  • Assisting with migration projects from legacy systems to Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 365 platforms.
  • Configuring and customizing settings to meet specific customer requirements, including email security, compliance, and archiving.
  • Providing training and knowledge transfer to customers to ensure they can effectively manage and maintain their Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365 environments.
  • Acting as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, including product development, support, and implementation teams.
  • Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and escalate support cases when necessary.
  • Staying current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies to provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE OFTEN INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer support.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate, or similar credentials.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Prepare Accurate & timely Financial reports including Income statement (Project / Overall), Balance sheet on monthly / Annual basis.
  • Overall Management of Vendors Payments, reconciliation of Subsidiary Ledgers (Including Vendors & customers).
  • A detail Cash / Bank forecasting on Daily / Weekly basis on a prescribed format.
  • Preparation of Actual Landed Cost Sheet / updation of costing in Management Accounts.
  • Overall responsible for accurate / up to date recording of financial transactions.
  • Budgeting on monthly / annual basis.
  • Pass Adjustments as and when required.
  • Fixed Assets Management, Addition, Deletion, Tagging, Depreciation Schedule, JVs.
  • Interaction with Banks, Consultant, Regulatory Authorities, Vendors, Customers.
  • Assist in ERP system Implementation & continuous improvement based on usage, user feedback, process optimization, integration of new modules & functionalities.
  • He can handle the team and ability to accomplish task-oriented work from them.
  • Compliance internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Tax Compliance activity & keep updated with new regulations / changes / Sales Tax / Income Tax / Corporate Tax.
  • Assist Procurement / Sales / HR to compliance with finance records.
  • Command on Excel and can do reporting and extract required details from the sheets.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is essential, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience preferred for senior-level positions.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in accounting principles and standards, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is essential. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques is highly desirable.

Analytical Skills:

Senior Accountants must possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations based on their findings.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in accounting roles, and must possess a meticulous nature and a commitment to maintaining precise and error-free financial records.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conveying financial information to various stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to management.
