Hybrid Technologies support the bank to procure large number of desktops and laptops during COVID-19 pandemic to help the business run remotely as employees continued to work from home virtually.
CHALLENGES
As trusted technology partners, we understand the importance of efficient and continuous operations and business processes carried out by customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the lockdown to keep the economy operational, the bank required the facilitation of remote hardware to allow their employees to continue working from home in line with all standard operating procedures while ensuring safety and productivity of employees.
SOLUTION, RETURN ON INVESTMENT AND FUTURE PLANS
Although it was difficult to deliver products and services during the lockdown, Hybrid Technologies despite the challenges persevered to execute the delivery of all required products and services for Bank AlFalah’s workforce within the safety parameters and permits defined by the regulatory authorities.
